Senior Community and Events Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a reliable system that facilitates multiple community events each month throughout European markets, ensuring a consistent standard of quality.

• Take ownership of large-scale brand events and KOL retreats from initial concept to final execution, guided by genuine community and partner requirements.

• Transform one-time successes into documented playbooks to maintain quality as volume increases, managing budgets, vendors, and logistics with accuracy.

• Coordinate with growth, marketing, and partnership stakeholders, maintaining focus on priorities and trade-offs, while addressing issues in real-time on-site.

• Establish and monitor metrics that demonstrate how events contribute to growth: attendance, activation, retention, partner and KOL engagement, and cost per outcome.

• Expand the Events and Social Media playbook to various European countries from the outset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing events at scale, ideally involving recurring multi-market programs.

• Strong operational discipline, including detailed planning, accuracy, and the ability to design repeatable processes.

• Ability to solve problems quickly and calmly under pressure and in real-time scenarios.

• Confidence to make decisions and strongly advocate for the community within the organization.

• Experience in team leadership, encompassing hiring and managing personnel across different markets.

• Excellent internal stakeholder management skills across various functions.

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with internal stakeholders and partners throughout Europe.
