• Act as a senior consultant supporting designated Accredo Customer Communication functions, collaborating with product owners and leadership to enhance strategy, roadmap contributions, and metrics for success.
• Assist in defining and refining business challenges, objectives, and success criteria for assigned communication projects, offering expert advice and recommendations.
• Provide focused coaching and mentorship to product owners or delivery partners as capacity permits and when aligned with designated initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress established communication use cases through intake, prioritization, design enhancement, readiness for delivery, and deployment/validation.
• Create artifacts such as communication strategy recommendations, journey insights, decision briefs, or readiness assessments to facilitate delivery.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer communications strategy, digital engagement, or similar roles within healthcare/PBM.
• Proven ability to provide senior-level advisory insights, recommendations, and decision support for communication or customer experience projects.
• Familiarity with healthcare, PBM, or specialty pharmacy environments; prior experience with Accredo Pharmacy is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating complex ideas into clear guidance and deliverables.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and working effectively within a defined, part-time capacity.
• Experience with popular collaboration and planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Flexible scheduling within mutually agreed-upon availability windows.
