Creative, Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and document a complete design system — transforming a partially established framework into a comprehensive, scalable reference with master templates in Figma for all formats utilized.

• Create and produce landing pages, pitch decks, producer presentations, investor materials, social media content, and email campaigns — all crafted to a standard that aligns with Corkified's vision for the future.

• Implement AI-driven workflows by actively utilizing AI tools across all aspects: copy, imagery, layout, production, and automation. Offer insights on essential tools to enhance the team's creative output.

• Manage communications on LinkedIn and other platforms — including strategy, writing, design, and scheduling. Write and publish blog articles and long-form content. Plan and execute email campaigns from initial brief to final send.

• Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring quality control before any material is published. Provide briefs to external suppliers when necessary. Ensure brand consistency as the team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design, branding, and communications — both agency and in-house experience are valued.

• Proven experience in building or completing a design system, rather than merely working within one.

• Proficient in Figma and comfortable using Photoshop.

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools within a creative workflow.

• Familiarity with the wine industry or a passion for wine is advantageous.

• Professional writing skills in both English and Portuguese.

• Strong copywriting skills — capable of producing a landing page, campaign email, or blog post that requires no rewriting.

• Self-motivated, maintaining a high standard of quality, and comfortable working at an early-stage pace.
