This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as an essential team member supporting the Sales Project Commercialization System (PCS), facilitating expedited project delivery, offering guidance on intricate initiatives, and promoting excellence in speed-to-market execution to enhance the customer experience.
• Act as a subject matter expert and a center of excellence resource for the Sales team across Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Oversee and support the forecasting and inventory planning process to ensure alignment between customer demand, supply capabilities, and contractual obligations.
• Identify, communicate, and lead cost-saving opportunities through strategic collaboration with the Sales Manager, customers, and internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain and Revenue Management.
• Maintain proactive communication with Sales and customers regarding anticipated disruptions or significant supply challenges, including root cause analysis and resolution plans.
• Ensure seamless support for customers through effective communication, project execution, and overall assistance during transitional phases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, or customer service, preferably in the food service/retail foodservice industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), CRM applications (Salesforce), and other business systems, including usage on a laptop.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable work ethic, capable of working independently while addressing and resolving complex business challenges.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and project management skills, coupled with an aptitude for investigation, research, and swift resolutions.
• Robust decision-making skills to meet deadlines and achieve successful outcomes.
