Senior Commercial & Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of commercial analytics for the GTM organization, including pricing models, deal economics, revenue forecasting, and business case development that directly guide leadership decisions.

• Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance analysis workflows — from data extraction and pattern recognition to scenario modeling — while continuously identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and scalability of the commercial analytics function.

• Develop and manage pricing frameworks across Magicline, PerfectGym, MySports, and Finion, which encompass tier restructuring, competitive benchmarking, willingness-to-pay analysis, and scenario modeling.

• Identify and assess revenue opportunities: pinpoint areas of underpricing, recognize where discounting is diminishing margins, and explore packaging changes or cross-sell strategies that could drive growth.

• Create independent business cases for new commercial initiatives, market expansion, and pricing adjustments.

• Collaborate with Sales on deal structuring, segment profitability, and win/loss analysis; with Marketing on CAC, campaign ROI, and channel economics; and with Product on packaging and monetization strategy.

• Convert complex commercial analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management — crafting narratives that connect data to strategic decisions regarding pricing, packaging, and revenue growth.

• Establish repeatable analytical frameworks, templates, and AI-assisted models so the GTM team doesn't have to start from scratch each time pricing or sizing questions arise.

• Navigate a complex data environment, extracting information from various tools and sources, creating your own views, and proactively delivering insights without waiting for a flawless dashboard.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting with a strong analytical focus.

• Demonstrated ability to create financial models and business cases from scratch.

• Experience in pricing and packaging efforts, including scenario modeling, elasticity analysis, competitive benchmarking, and margin analysis.

• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, AI-powered analytics platforms) to expedite research, data analysis, or business case development — not only familiar with AI but actively integrating it into your workflow.

• Comfortable presenting to senior leadership — capable of creating a polished presentation and articulating your reasoning, with a primary strength in the numerical analysis.

• Proficient in modern analytical tools — spreadsheets, SQL, BI platforms, and AI-powered tools — with the ability to extract, cleanse, and synthesize data from multiple imperfect sources to derive insights.

• Experience in SaaS, subscription, marketplace, or payments businesses — possessing an intuitive understanding of ARPU, churn, expansion revenue, and LTV dynamics.

• Fluent in English (C1+).

• Capable of managing multiple commercial workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality or depth.
