This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of commercial analytics for the GTM organization, focusing on pricing models, deal economics, revenue forecasting, and business case development that directly guide leadership decisions.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance analysis workflows — from data extraction and pattern recognition to scenario modeling — while consistently identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and scalability of the commercial analytics function.
• Create and maintain pricing frameworks across Magicline, PerfectGym, MySports, and Finion, including tier restructuring, competitive benchmarking, willingness-to-pay analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Recognize and quantify revenue levers: areas of underpricing, discounting impacts on margins, and opportunities for packaging changes or cross-selling to drive growth.
• Formulate independent business cases for new commercial initiatives, market expansion, and pricing adjustments.
• Collaborate with Sales on deal structuring, segment profitability, and win/loss analysis; with Marketing on CAC, campaign ROI, and channel economics; and with Product on packaging and monetization strategies.
• Convert intricate commercial analysis into clear, actionable proposals for senior management — crafting narratives that link data to strategic decisions regarding pricing, packaging, and revenue growth.
• Develop repeatable analytical frameworks, templates, and AI-assisted models so the GTM team can efficiently address pricing or sizing inquiries without starting from scratch.
• Navigate a complex data landscape, extracting information from various tools and sources, creating your own insights, and proactively delivering insights without waiting for a perfect dashboard.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting with a strong analytical emphasis.
• Demonstrated ability to create financial models and business cases from the ground up.
• Experience in pricing and packaging initiatives: scenario modeling, elasticity considerations, competitive benchmarking, and margin analysis.
• Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, AI-powered analytics platforms) to expedite research, data analysis, or business case development — you don’t just know about AI, you actively incorporate it into your workflow.
• Comfortable presenting to senior leadership — you can create a polished presentation and effectively articulate your reasoning, with your primary strength being in the data.
• Proficient with contemporary analytical tools — spreadsheets, SQL, BI platforms, and AI-powered tools — with the capability to gather, cleanse, and synthesize data from various imperfect sources to generate insights.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription, marketplace, or payments sectors — you inherently grasp ARPU, churn, expansion revenue, and LTV dynamics.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
• Ability to manage multiple commercial workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality or depth.
