Analista Comercial II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the growth of HBit sales in the health management market.

• Develop new projects with strategic and high-value clients.

• Conduct consultative diagnostic meetings.

• Create tailored solutions based on the HealthBit portfolio.

• Establish relationships with decision-makers and influencers within the client companies.

• Support the commercial and consultative activities of the department and assist in the development of proposals.

• Maintain a close relationship with the Marketing team for planning and executing actions to attract new clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed higher education.

• Experience in consultative sales, business development, client relationship management in B2B environments, or project management.

• Analytical skills to understand client challenges and support the creation of customized solutions.

• Strong communication skills, active listening, and a consultative approach.

• Organizational skills, planning abilities, and the capability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.

• Knowledge or experience in the health market, corporate health, benefits, operators, consultancies, healthtechs, or related segments.

• Previous experience in corporate health, benefits, operators, consultancies, healthtechs, or companies managing the health of corporate populations.

• Experience in the development, implementation, or monitoring of solutions, projects, or customized initiatives for corporate clients.

• Knowledge in health management, care indicators, health costs, or health care models.

• Experience in engaging with corporate clients and multiple stakeholders.

• Postgraduate or additional training in management, health, administration, marketing, or related fields.
