Senior Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Prepare accurate, timely, and compliant proposal costings, fully considering client needs and project-specific risks.

• Conduct financial analyses and engage in pricing reviews alongside Senior Management.

• Collaborate closely with Contracts and Procurement, and take part in the proposal pricing process, which includes analyzing Invitations to Tender/Requests for Proposal requirements; developing pricing strategies; and reviewing, analyzing, and compiling cost data.

• Employ processes and tools that lead to compliant and high-quality pricing models.

• Develop new pricing models as needed.

• Assist fellow pricing team members in preparing responses and reviewing their work.

• Generate cost assumptions related to pricing.

• Follow and promote company policies and procedures.

• Provide assistance and report to the Senior Pricing Director while collaborating with all Pricing team members on pricing strategy development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in pricing professional services contracts or similar roles, such as Finance and Accounting.

• High proficiency in Excel along with strong knowledge of VBA, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications.

• Familiarity with SharePoint.

• Basic understanding of contract types, particularly Fixed Price and Time and Material.

• Strong numerical skills.

• Exceptional verbal, written, analytical, and presentation skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and operate with a significant degree of independence within delegated limits.

• Capacity to organize and prioritize multiple pricing efforts under tight deadlines.

• High capability to work independently.
