This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Take ownership of commercial analytics for the GTM organization, including pricing models, deal economics, revenue forecasting, and business case development that directly influence leadership decisions.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to enhance analysis workflows — from data extraction and pattern recognition to scenario modeling — while consistently identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency and scalability of the commercial analytics function.
• Develop and maintain pricing frameworks across Magicline, PerfectGym, MySports, and Finion, encompassing tier restructuring, competitive benchmarking, willingness-to-pay analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Identify and assess revenue opportunities: pinpoint areas of underpricing, recognize where discounting affects margin, and explore how packaging adjustments or cross-sell strategies could drive growth.
• Create independent business cases for new commercial initiatives, market expansion, and pricing adjustments.
• Collaborate with Sales on deal structuring, segment profitability, and win/loss analysis; partner with Marketing on CAC, campaign ROI, and channel economics; and work with Product on packaging and monetization strategy.
• Convert complex commercial analyses into clear, actionable proposals for senior management, crafting narratives that link data to strategic decisions regarding pricing, packaging, and revenue growth.
• Develop repeatable analytical frameworks, templates, and AI-assisted models to ensure the GTM team does not start from scratch each time a pricing or sizing question arises.
• Navigate a complex data landscape, extracting information from various tools and sources, creating your own insights, and delivering value without waiting for an ideal dashboard.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting with a strong analytical emphasis.
• Demonstrated capability to construct financial models and business cases from scratch.
• Background in pricing and packaging work, including scenario modeling, elasticity assessment, competitive benchmarking, and margin analysis.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, AI-driven analytics platforms) to expedite research, data analysis, or business case development — you actively integrate AI into your workflow.
• Comfortable presenting to senior leadership — you can create a polished presentation and articulate your reasoning effectively, with strength in numerical data.
• Proficient in modern analytical tools — spreadsheets, SQL, BI platforms, and AI-driven tools — capable of extracting, cleaning, and synthesizing data from various imperfect sources to generate insights.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription, marketplace, or payments sectors, with an intuitive grasp of ARPU, churn, expansion revenue, and LTV dynamics.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
• Ability to manage multiple commercial workstreams concurrently without compromising quality or depth.
• Nice to have:
• Experience in B2B SaaS ERP, fitness technology, or financial services.
• Familiarity with CRM and pipeline analytics (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Experience working across various product lines or within a house-of-brands structure.
• Background in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or boutique strategy firms).
• Exposure to PE-backed or high-growth environments where commercial rigor directly influences valuation.
• Experience in building or implementing AI-assisted workflows, automations, or self-serve analytics tools for commercial teams.
