Senior Commercial Mortgage Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee relationships with business owners, investors, and professionals in commercial real estate.

• Generate opportunities in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Owner-Occupied, Investment Property, Construction, and Business Lending.

• Evaluate financial statements, tax returns, and credit profiles of borrowers.

• Design financing solutions that align with client goals.

• Present loan proposals for underwriting and credit approval processes.

• Oversee transactions from the application stage to closing.

• Collaborate with attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless closings.

• Establish referral networks with CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate brokers, and financial advisors.

• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently seek out new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Loan Officer, Commercial Banker, or in Business Development.

• Track record of successfully originating commercial loans and building client relationships.

• Strong knowledge of commercial lending products and credit structures.

• Exceptional networking, sales, and relationship management abilities.

• Capability to identify opportunities and create innovative financing solutions.

• Self-driven with a robust business development focus.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
