Senior Commercial Insurance Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Achieves set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Leverages Trucordia's sales and marketing resources to carry out results-driven activities, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and prospect presentations to secure new business.

• Serves as a subject matter expert in a selected area of focus/specialization to maximize the likelihood of sustained success.

• Consistently manages a portfolio of clients to maintain high renewal rates.

• Works together with the Client Service team to examine renewal business and onboard new business accounts.

• Collaborates closely with less experienced Producers to guide the sales and production process to ensure successful outcomes.

• Maintains a significant client portfolio valued at $500,000 in agency commissions/revenue on an annual basis.

• Adheres to Trucordia's sales methodologies and best practices, including the effective utilization of Trucordia tools and the sales management platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License issued by the state.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field of study.

• Over 5 years of experience in an Insurance sales position.

• Proficient in professional software such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.

• Proven abilities in analytics and both internal and external communication.
