Senior Commercial Data Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement data operations between the BioCryst system and downstream partners.

• Supervise risk management and data operations for essential systems.

• Serve as an internal consultant to various functional teams within the organization.

• Create and sustain a repository for data and risk documentation.

• Assist in data operations to facilitate the implementation of specific system platforms.

• Coordinate and manage data exchanges between internal sources and external vendors.

• Collaborate with Commercial departments to determine the sizing of field force territories.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security regulations in the US, Japan, and Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant commercial experience in the biotech/pharma sector is required; 6+ years is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong comprehension of biopharma commercial data operations and the infrastructure for sales data analytics.

• Analytical mindset – utilizes data to inform strategic decision-making.

• Relevant experience with specialty pharmaceutical data is preferred.

• Relevant experience with rare disease states is preferred.
