• Manage the entire commercial contracting process from start to finish

• Design, draft, and negotiate a diverse array of agreements

• Spearhead the company’s most intricate negotiations

• Establish benchmarks for commercial legal excellence

• Provide mentorship to colleagues as the team grows

• Convert legal and risk concerns into practical guidance

• Negotiate terms related to data privacy and artificial intelligence

• Offer advice on data rights and security matters

• Execute contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems

• Create scalable legal workflows

• Incorporate AI tools to improve operational efficiency

• Assist with the launch of new products

• Develop essential commercial documentation

• Participate in broader legal projects as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of legal experience

• Significant in-house experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment

• Extensive expertise in commercial contracting

• Strong knowledge of intellectual property and technology licensing

• Proficient understanding of data protection and privacy regulations

• Proven experience in leading high-stakes negotiations

• Ability to advise internal stakeholders

• Experience working in regulated sectors
