Senior Commercial Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the commercial contracting operations across all product categories, including batteries, concrete, composites, and sensors.

• Act as the main consultant on matters related to contract risk, liability, indemnification, warranty, intellectual property, and termination clauses.

• Create, assess, and negotiate a substantial number of commercial contracts involving supply, distribution, manufacturing, and vendor agreements.

• Develop contract templates, playbooks, and workflows to facilitate ongoing process enhancements.

• Contribute to Lyten’s rapid expansion and international operations by collaborating closely with Sales, Procurement, Product, and Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least seven years of legal experience concentrating on commercial transactions within the technology industry.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and issue-identification abilities.

• Pragmatic approach to risk management.

• Capability to work autonomously in a lean and fast-paced environment.

• Experience in supporting transactions in both the U.S. and EU.

• Understanding of export control and trade compliance regulations.

• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for contract lifecycle management.
