Senior Commercial Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist the Commercial team by providing data-driven insights and performance analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Evaluate, enhance, and advance client acquisition and rewards initiatives.

• Examine the customer acquisition process and establish a cohesive client lifecycle framework.

• Aid in the creation, assessment, and organization-wide implementation of key performance indicators.

• Offer sales forecasts and analyze commercial performance across international markets.

• Compile quarterly sales forecasts as part of the routine business planning process.

• Identify and implement essential metrics to assess commercial performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of pertinent professional experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, or a comparable role.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.

• Proven experience collaborating with commercial or sales teams in medium to large enterprises.

• Background in fintech, e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital technology industries.

• Proficient in Ukrainian and possess advanced English language skills.
