• Propel top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial clients and formulating innovative strategies for account development.
• Assume responsibility for acquiring net new logos as the primary success driver in this position, actively sourcing and cultivating your own pipeline of opportunities.
• Manage and foster customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention, while promoting long-term strategic alliances.
• Actively identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients, optimizing account revenue and profitability.
• Utilize data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to effectively prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies, resulting in improved conversion rates for the new business pipeline as well as increased retention and expansion of existing clients.
• Comprehend and communicate the benefits of Zendesk products, ensuring alignment with customers' business objectives to secure customer satisfaction and product growth.
• Lead intricate and competitive sales cycles, employing your strong communication skills and value selling to present compelling business cases.
• Consistently cultivate a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain an accurate forecast to surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Establish and maintain executive sponsorship, leveraging your industry knowledge to build relationships with decision-makers and champions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and optimize sales execution.
• Surpass revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis by utilizing weekly and monthly KPIs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 8 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within the Customer Experience sector, with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential, as the role primarily engages with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proven ability to create and scale your own pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes with proof of concept stages.
• Experience in managing and expanding customer relationships across various levels.
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
• Experience selling to VP and C-level executives both in-person and through remote technology.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and the capability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Experience in formulating and utilizing territory and account plans.
• Familiarity with essential sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, etc.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%).
