Senior Collector – Charge Off

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of accounts that are overdue by 81 days or more

• Employ sophisticated collection techniques to address outstanding payments

• Reach agreements on payment plans with customers

• Keep precise records of all customer communications and collection activities

• Address intricate disputes and offer guidance to junior collectors

• Achieve or surpass departmental objectives regarding recovery rates

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

• Ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in auto finance operations

• Significant experience in collections or debt recovery

• Proficient negotiation capabilities

• Knowledge of collections practices and legal requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to lead and mentor others

• Exceptional organizational abilities

• Familiarity with collection software and CRM systems
