Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer – Genesys IVR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Implementing cloud solutions throughout Humana’s IT infrastructure, which includes integration, maintenance, and support.

• Analyzing intricate issues and identifying the most effective technical strategy for project elements, often with a significant degree of autonomy.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to assess and improve cloud systems, ensuring they perform optimally and can scale effectively.

• Leading the deployment of cloud management platforms and fostering continuous improvement through performance assessments and enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in place of a degree requirement.

• Over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing software applications and/or infrastructure.

• More than 5 years of experience with Genesys IVR development.
