Senior Cloud Security Automation, AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of cloud security automation and AI projects, encompassing scoping, architectural design, implementation, and client handover.

• Design and implement secure agentic AI solutions, which include multi-agent orchestration, integrations with Model Context Protocol, AI gateway architectures, and policy-based access controls utilizing frameworks like Cedar.

• Develop and enforce AI governance policies, covering usage regulations, data handling protocols, model access management, and compliance standards.

• Create and deploy AI-driven security automation solutions, such as automated compliance assessments, threat detection agents, and remediation processes.

• Generate architecture documents, runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and security evaluation reports.

• Provide technical guidance and quality assurance across ongoing projects.

• Mentor and support junior engineers.

• Conduct architecture evaluations, code assessments, and security reviews for AI/ML workloads.

• Assist in presales activities through client discovery meetings, demonstrations, and technical explorations.

• Contribute to proposals, statements of work, and pricing assessments.

• Collaborate with account executives and practice leadership to design client solutions.

• Develop reusable tools, templates, accelerators, and reference architectures.

• Create thought leadership content, including blog articles, whitepapers, webinars, and conference presentations.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI/ML platforms, trends in cloud security, and regulatory changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, or securing AI/ML workloads within cloud environments.

• Hands-on expertise with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, and Amazon SageMaker.

• Background in a client-facing consulting or professional services role.

• Basic proficiency in Python, including the ability to read, write, and troubleshoot code for automation and integration purposes.

• Knowledge of agentic AI patterns, AI governance frameworks, and secure AI composition, including multi-agent orchestration, tool-use safeguards, and prompt injection prevention.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Ability to perform sedentary work.

• Significant movement of wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours daily.

• Close visual acuity for viewing computer terminals and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
