
Senior Cloud Partner Sales Manager – AWS, Microsoft Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact between New Relic’s internal sales leadership and the partner sales teams at AWS/MSFT.
• Facilitate the daily co-selling activities, including mapping accounts, discovering new opportunities, and expediting existing transactions through AWS Marketplace and Azure Marketplace.
• Develop and implement regional partner strategies that create a qualified pipeline, utilizing funding programs, incentives, and credits from cloud providers.
• Foster strong, trusted relationships with AWS and MSFT Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Cloud Account Managers, and field sales leaders.
• Inform cloud partner sales teams about New Relic’s value proposition, ensuring we remain a top choice for cloud migration, modernization, and observability projects.
• Take ownership of and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with internal sales leaders and cloud partner stakeholders to monitor KPIs, pipeline status, and strategic achievements.
• Navigate and enhance cloud marketplace listing processes, private offers (CPPO/MPO), and cloud consumption commitments (EDPs/MACC).
• Over 7 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, Business Development, or Partner/Alliance Management, with a minimum of 5 years specifically managing AWS or Microsoft Azure partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in navigating the AWS and/or MSFT co-sell ecosystem, cloud marketplaces, and organizational structures in the field.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise sales cycles, with the ability to engage Enterprise Account Executives and assist them in closing deals more efficiently through cloud partnerships.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders without direct authority.
