Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee AWS infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Utilize AI-driven tools to continuously enhance automation scripts and operational processes.

• Create and sustain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment activities.

• Employ AI-enhanced monitoring and observability solutions to proactively identify performance issues, cost anomalies, and infrastructure drift.

• Diagnose problems related to AWS infrastructure and application deployments using AI-supported root cause analysis.

• Enforce environmental security protocols and compliance audits utilizing AI-enhanced tools.

• Identify, rectify, and improve software tools and systems operations with a focus on automation and cost reduction.

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support personnel to ensure the continuous and dependable delivery of services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, Software Development, Database Administration, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with AI-enabled cloud operations or AIOps platforms (e.g., AWS DevOps Guru, Dynatrace, Datadog AI, or similar).

• Proficiency in using AI code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) for IaC and scripting workflows.

• Experience with AI-driven cloud cost optimization tools (e.g., AWS Cost Anomaly Detection, CloudHealth, or similar).

• Relevant AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator).

• Experience in the healthcare industry.

• High proficiency in English.
