Senior Cloud Engineer, Microsoft

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).

• Manage users, groups, licenses, roles, and access permissions.

• Support Microsoft Intune (policies, profiles, application protection, software deployment, device registration).

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA, Enterprise Applications, RBAC).

• Maintain Azure infrastructure and compute resources (Virtual Machines, Networking, Backup, Monitoring, Log Analytics), perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and resource planning.

• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.

• Analyze incidents, work with audit logs, and collaborate with Microsoft Support.

• Document solutions and ensure the technical documentation is up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure in an enterprise environment.

• Practical skills in working with Azure Virtual Machines, networking, backup, and monitoring.

• Proficient use of PowerShell for automation and reporting.

• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

• English language proficiency at B1+/B2 level or higher.
