This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Providing support, administration, and maintenance for all Hosting customer systems as needed (Microsoft Azure).
• Overseeing all Hosting customer backup and restore processes.
• Administering and maintaining Hosting infrastructure monitoring systems.
• Managing all system security-related matters.
• Keeping up-to-date with iMIS knowledge to effectively support and upgrade Hosting customer’s iMIS systems when required.
• Administering Azure Automation user accounts for all Hosting customers.
• Conducting Azure SQL database management and administration tasks for Hosting customers as necessary.
• Handling SQL Managed Instance management and administrative tasks for Hosting customers as needed.
• Performing SQL Server database management and administration tasks for Hosting customers when required.
• Upgrading iMIS implementations to the latest releases as necessary.
• Supporting ASI initiatives as needed.
• Managing the Hosting Issues Management queue as required.
• Participating in quarterly departmental and corporate BSC reviews.
• Overseeing the achievement of personal BSC initiatives.
• Completing annual professional development objectives.
• Mentoring team members as necessary.
• Addressing items in the Hosting Issues Management queue promptly and closing them as needed.
• Participating in the Hosting On-Call program.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Hosting Operations, Global Director of Technical Support, or Senior Management.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT/Cloud providing and supporting technology solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Administration.
• Experience in managing iMIS systems.
• Strong oral, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Skills in Azure SQL administration.
• Familiarity with Azure Automation.
• Experience with Zendesk Ticketing system.
• Understanding of ASP .NET and related technologies.
• Knowledge of IIS technologies.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
• Basic understanding of iMIS.
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends to support product upgrades and provide on-call Hosting support.
