Senior Clinician Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop creative solutions to tackle recruitment challenges and formulate strategies for new initiatives.

• Offer strategic insights on talent acquisition while anticipating future staffing requirements and industry trends, including shifts in market compensation.

• Leverage multiple channels such as digital media, job boards, cold calling, conferences, and local/national outreach campaigns to identify and attract qualified candidates.

• Maintain a robust network within the Hospitalist and Emergency Medicine sectors.

• Facilitate weekly recruiting meetings with Practice stakeholders, including Medical Directors and operations teams, to ensure alignment with recruitment objectives.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the recruitment process and improve overall efficiency.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for clinician roles, encompassing candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations.

• Uphold a high standard of excellence in evaluating and selecting candidates.

• Discuss employment contracts and compensation details with prospective candidates.

• Partner with the onboarding team to guarantee a seamless transition for newly recruited physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs).

• Represent the organization at national and local conferences to network, stay updated on industry trends, and promote our mission.

• Conduct hospital tours for candidates to showcase our facilities and available opportunities.

• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding key performance indicators and recruitment outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Clinician Recruiter with over 5 years in healthcare recruitment.

• Ideally within the practice management sector.

• Specialization in Hospitalist and/or Emergency Medicine is mandatory.

• Proven track record of managing a large clinician territory and achieving annual hiring metrics, including the number of clinicians recruited.
