Senior Clinical Trial Manager - Metabolic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and guidance to clinical site management team members from the initiation to the completion of studies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for Site Management regarding clinical monitoring and site-related activities within the project.

• Function as the main contact for the sponsor.

• Oversee monitoring deliverables to ensure adherence to the study budget.

• Identify activities that are outside the project scope.

• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to lead and inspire a remote team.

• Proven initiative and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong customer-centric approach and professional interaction skills with sponsor contacts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing Degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Lead CRA, or a similar role.

• At least 4 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Significant experience in Metabolic studies is required.

• Candidates must be residents of the continental United States.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% is necessary.
