Senior Clinical Trial Manager – Cardiovascular, CAR-T

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and oversight to the clinical site management team from the initiation of the study to its completion.

• Act as the main point of contact and representative for clinical monitoring and site-related activities within the project.

• Serve as the primary contact for the sponsor.

• Manage monitoring deliverables to ensure alignment with the study budget.

• Identify activities that fall outside the project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

• Capability to lead and inspire a remote team.

• Exhibit initiative and problem-solving abilities by proposing solutions when challenges arise.

• Strong customer orientation with a professional demeanor when interacting with sponsor contacts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or a Nursing Degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in roles such as Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Lead CRA, or a similar position.

• At least 4 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Experience in cardiovascular studies is required.

• CAR-T experience is highly preferred.

• Applicants must reside within the continental United States.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% is necessary.
