Senior Clinical Trial Manager – Biotech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +11 more countries.

📋 Description

• Plan and oversee all facets of clinical trials, guaranteeing compliance with timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and enforce clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Ensure that all trials are conducted in accordance with local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make key decisions relating to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Supervise the planning, execution, and successful conclusion of clinical trials.

• Offer strategic direction to ensure favorable clinical trial results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Expertise in managing multi-country clinical trials.

• Proven ability to deliver on the clinical objectives of a study.

• In-depth knowledge in the relevant therapeutic area.

• Previous monitoring experience is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
