Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial monitoring activities necessitating technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites for compliance with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and support the successful execution of trials.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a robust grasp of clinical trial procedures and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Experience in Oncology (solid tumors) and Phase I is essential.
