Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Functional Lead from Clinical Operations, overseeing all Clinical Operations elements of clinical studies.

• Ensure alignment with ICON SOPs, study agreements, and financial plans.

• Foster a culture of process enhancement and optimize workflows to deliver business value and satisfy client requirements.

• Act as the primary liaison for Clinical Operations concerning assigned projects.

• Cultivate effective working relationships with clients.

• Organize, plan, and execute clinical project initiatives.

• Contribute to cross-disciplinary project management strategies.

• Direct risk management strategies, action plans, and resolution of issues.

• Lead the Clinical Operations project team effectively.

• Ensure that essential project training is delivered to designated personnel.

• Provide guidance and support to the study team.

• Collaborate with Business Development to ensure timely completion of change orders.

• Monitor project outputs using suitable tracking tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the clinical research industry.

• A minimum of 2 years in clinical project management.

• Proven experience managing sites with comprehensive knowledge of local requirements and regulations across APAC nations, including China.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical discipline.

• A Master’s degree with a focus on clinical research is preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of compliance regulations.

• Confidence in securing funding.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Computer literacy is essential.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
