Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations related to clinical trial management.

• Strategically plan and coordinate all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Ensure that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make pivotal decisions concerning trial design, vendor selection, and risk mitigation.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results across clinical programs.

• Mentor the team while managing competing priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in medicine, science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management.

• Proven track record of delivering the clinical outcomes of a study.

• In-depth knowledge in the specified therapeutic area.

• Previous monitoring experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
