Senior Clinical Supplies Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Directing the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical supply projects, encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to formulate supply strategies that are in accordance with study demands and regulatory standards.

• Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the prompt and high-quality provision of clinical supplies.

• Tracking project advancements and performance indicators, identifying potential risks, and implementing necessary mitigation strategies.

• Offering leadership and insights on best practices in clinical supply management and project implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, life sciences, or a related field.

• Significant experience in clinical supplies management or project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes and the regulatory standards governing clinical supplies.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with varied teams and stakeholders.
