This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage and oversee a caseload of 20 or more patients.
• Provide structured guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Associate and Assistant Supervisors.
• Delegate routine supervisory tasks and ensure that approximately 75% of case management responsibilities are completed by mid-level staff.
• Review and monitor the work of delegated tasks, including program updates, documentation, communication efforts, and data integrity.
• Create and maintain personalized treatment plans.
• Assess patients to identify their strengths and areas needing improvement.
• Analyze challenging behaviors and determine their underlying causes.
• Observe the implementation of treatment and ensure adherence to treatment integrity.
• Direct or assign behavior technicians to implement new or modified treatment protocols.
• Summarize and evaluate data to assess patient progress and modify treatment protocols as needed.
• Update treatment plans at least once a month based on patient feedback.
• Communicate treatment responses to caregivers and payers.
• Coordinate care with other professionals involved in the patient's treatment.
• Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments.
• Involve caregivers in treatment through regular Caregiver Collaboration meetings.
• Engage with payers for funding meetings, including IEPs and peer reviews.
• Stay updated on the best practices in ABA treatment.
• Maintain documentation in Skills and patients' medical records.
• Provide compassionate communication to patients, families, and colleagues.
• Offer direct therapy to patients as needed.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Capability to oversee a caseload of 20+ patients, including appropriate state licensure and payer credentialing.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance preferred.
• Must clear a tuberculosis test.
• Ability to uphold strict confidentiality.
• Competence to work collaboratively while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently, address challenges, and apply clinical judgment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to adapt to new computer systems and utilize iPads.
• Flexibility to work in various locations, including centers, telehealth settings, and patient homes.
• Capacity to work with a diverse range of patients.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to engage with patients in both indoor and outdoor therapeutic environments.
• Skill in reading, analyzing, and interpreting information to formulate treatment recommendations.
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. while assisting patients.
