This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director in the Upstate NY territory to engage with current and prospective clients.
• Assess clients’ clinical needs, objectives, and limitations pertaining to patient care.
• Communicate and illustrate how the company's products can fulfill the requirements of patients and clients.
• Provide case coverage and offer clinical support during intricate interventional cardiology procedures.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets, company goals, and enhancing sales revenue.
• Offer troubleshooting assistance and in-service training for the company's products.
• Involve customers in discussions regarding procedures and technical aspects related to product, therapy, and technological advancements.
• Connect clinical data to essential messaging.
• Collaborate closely with the local territory manager and relay account information.
• Aid in monitoring product inventory.
• Share insights about competitive products and accounts with the territory manager or clinical specialist.
• Educate customers on the advantages and appropriate clinical application of the company's products.
• Facilitate reviews of challenging or intricate cases.
• Lead and curate content for regional and area clinical discussions.
• Assist the Regional Sales Director in generating and distributing educational materials for the internal team.
• Perform additional responsibilities as necessary.
• Clinical proficiency adequate for providing coverage and support for the most complex cases.
• Capability to troubleshoot company products and deliver in-service education.
• Skill in engaging physicians and hospital-based physician groups in clinical and technical discussions.
• Competence in linking clinical data to key messaging.
• Ability to identify clinical needs, objectives, and constraints while offering viable product-based solutions.
• Expertise in leading complex case reviews and developing content for clinical calls.
• Capacity to support sales objectives while collaborating with Regional Sales Directors and territory managers.
