This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Delivers advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to intricate field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales personnel, specifically related to EP products.
• Engages in tasks that require a significant level of independence.
• Identifies and consistently implements the most efficient, cost-effective, and optimal business practices to carry out processes; continually assesses their effectiveness and suitability.
• Utilizes independent judgment in planning, organizing, and executing work; monitors performance and communicates status to management.
• Serves as a senior clinical liaison between the medical community and the business sector.
• Exhibits the capability to establish and maintain credible business relationships with customers while sharing product expertise as needed.
• Recognizes, reports, and advises on customer requirements, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to sales representatives, directors, and/or management to drive sales growth and account service.
• Offers engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for the most complex field inquiries as required.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all EP products, including related technical insights, trends, and industry players.
• Develops, leads, and/or facilitates training sessions and other programs on EP products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides insights, guidance, and feedback to management regarding market responses and components for the next generation of products.
• Offers regional coverage for EP procedural cases.
• Provides additional support to EP Sales Representatives in various areas, including sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training for physicians, nurses, and sales representatives.
• Mentors and provides leadership to less experienced Clinical Specialists.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year in a previous role is necessary.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience (internal or external).
• Previous industry/competitive experience is preferred (if external).
• Must be solely dedicated to EP support.
• IBHRE EP certification is required.
• Recognized as a top performer among colleagues.
• Capability to perform complex EP cases independently.
• Proficiency in mentoring and training EP Clinical Specialists and CA Clinical Specialists on complex mapping cases.
• Competence in conducting complex customer education events independently to promote the value proposition of the entire EP portfolio.
• Achieves performance in the top half for cases completed within the clinical group at the time of promotion in the designated Region/Area.
• Confirmation of compliance with all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.
