This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Work in partnership with sales, solution design, and implementation teams to evaluate customer clinical and operational requirements in central fill pharmacy settings.
• Lead assessments of pharmacy workflows and provide guidance on best practices for high-volume fulfillment, medication management, and workflow optimization.
• Create and propose improved clinical and operational workflows customized to customer environments, automation capabilities, and performance objectives.
• Perform on-site evaluations, readiness assessments, and reviews for optimization after go-live.
• Offer guidance to clients on medication-use procedures, central fill workflows, and strategies for adopting automation.
• Assist in customer education, change management processes, and the integration of pharmacy automation solutions.
• Record findings, recommendations, and opportunities for optimization in comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, implementation teams, R&D, and product teams to achieve customer success.
• Conduct follow-up visits and business reviews to evaluate performance, satisfaction, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• A High School diploma is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in central fill pharmacy operations, pharmacy automation consulting, sales consulting, solution design support, or a related healthcare field is necessary.
• Experience in presenting recommendations and solution concepts to healthcare executives is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Pharm.D. is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of BD central fill pharmacy operations, medication-use workflows, and pharmacy automation systems is essential.
• Experience with EPIC WAM in a central fill context is required.
• Strong consultative abilities for evaluating workflows and suggesting operational enhancements.
• Proven experience in leading customer-facing assessments, optimization projects, and workflow redesign within central fill pharmacy environments.
• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders from customer organizations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills are required.
• Capability to perform on-site assessments and conduct regular follow-up visits is necessary.
