Senior Clinical Solution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical assistance to customers and the sales team regarding clinical products and services.

• Reach out to potential and current clinical clients within the designated territory, both independently and in collaboration with the Medline sales team, to enhance and maintain business relationships.

• Collaborate with the sales team on product transitions and implementations.

• Support sales efforts in their respective territories, including both local and national/corporate accounts, as necessary.

• Perform basic discovery assessments and data analysis.

• Identify challenges and propose modifications and solutions.

• Create customer growth and retention service proposals through consultation and relationship development with key accounts.

• Conduct quality investigations, waste assessments, and clinical reviews and observations to recommend improved practices and best practice implementations.

• Carry out clinical and utilization reviews to pinpoint waste, standardization opportunities, and necessary adjustments in clinical practices for specialized programs.

• Participate in professional organizations and attend national, regional, and local industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Certification as a Surgical Technician.

• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience.

• Familiarity with external catheters.

• Preference for experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and/or ED settings.

• Proven track record of analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to enhance results and discover solutions.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and schedule effectively to meet deadlines.

• Experience in developing and delivering presentations to varied audiences both within and outside the organization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
