
Senior Clinical Sales Training Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversees the creation and implementation of training initiatives for both external customer-oriented education programs and internal salesforce education initiatives.
• Partners with cross-functional teams and external experts to design, promote, and execute training programs.
• Develops and regularly revises Sales Training curriculum content in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Sales leadership.
• Manages all sales training program activities for both in-person and remote new hires.
• Works alongside the Sales Team to facilitate the introduction and evaluation of new account products.
• Enhances repeat sales by reinforcing knowledge of vascular disease states, product messaging, and clinical techniques.
• Provides support and feedback during initial evaluations of new products.
• Generates innovative ideas for training tools and programs that foster sales growth.
• Collects feedback on marketing resources and offers clinical insights to improve sales materials.
• Exhibits exceptional product knowledge.
• Collaborates with VPs of Sales and Marketing to identify and implement a sales model framework.
• Develops and leads career and leadership development programs to prepare Sales Team members for leadership and management positions.
• Conducts trainings covering topics such as anatomy, procedures, products, and competitor offerings.
• Engages with internal and external stakeholders to assess customer-focused medical education needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in designing and administering training programs within the medical device sector.
• Experience in managing personnel in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
• Clinical background (e.g., Cath lab technician, nurse) or strong medical device sales expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Familiarity with the demands of a sales workforce and healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to provide guidance to a team.
• Strong multitasking abilities and flexibility, along with effective time management skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate across functions with a customer-focused mindset and a sense of urgency.
• Capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks and workload effectively.
• Demonstrated product knowledge in the relevant business area.
