Senior Clinical Revenue Cycle Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily operations related to clinical revenue management and initiatives for optimizing charge capture.

• Utilize technical knowledge and interpersonal abilities to assist clients in healthcare organizations.

• Leverage technology tools to provide analytical insights and strategies for process enhancement.

• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' revenue cycles.

• Work collaboratively with various tiers of client leadership.

• Offer client-centered solutions in the realms of healthcare finance and revenue cycle management.

• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple projects and direct cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related discipline is mandatory.

• 3–5 years of extensive experience in healthcare is essential, particularly in professional billing coding and charge processes.

• Prior experience in a professional services or consulting capacity is required.

• Proficiency in professional revenue cycle management, with a focus on coding and charge capture operations.

• Strong technical expertise in the relevant field is necessary.

• Relevant licenses or certifications are expected, such as CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, or RHIA.

• Leadership abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects while guiding cross-functional teams are crucial.

• Exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills are required.

• Competence in utilizing data and data analytics tools, such as Excel, is important.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Capability to convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% to client locations as necessary.

• An MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly preferred.

• Experience with CPC, CPPM, CCDS-O, Epic PB Resolute Billing Administration, and charge capture/coding is desired.
