This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical research activities at investigative sites engaged in Worldwide clinical studies.

• Evaluate and identify potential research sites.

• Organize study initiation tasks, which include regulatory paperwork and the contract and budget processes.

• Perform PSSVs, SIVs, IMVs, and COVs.

• Educate site staff on protocol requirements, data collection methods, and safety reporting procedures.

• Monitor site performance and offer continual study maintenance assistance.

• Ensure informed consent, safety reporting, and adherence to regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with sites and study teams to enhance data quality, ensure participant safety, and achieve study objectives.

• Assist in site closeout activities and fulfill study requirements.

• Travel to investigative sites approximately 8–10 days each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a Nursing Degree.

• 5+ years of experience as a regional, traveling Clinical Research Associate.

• Proven experience in monitoring Oncology clinical trials is required.

• Hematology experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel within the designated region, 8–10 days per month.

• Experience in full-service monitoring is preferred.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, site management, and regulatory requirements.

• Candidates must reside within the West Coast territory of the United States.
