Clinical Research Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the clinical components of comprehensive global projects based in Australia.

• Execute and document all varieties of onsite monitoring visits.

• Engage in the initiation of studies.

• Conduct CRF assessments, verify source documents, and resolve queries.

• Assist in negotiating site budgets and contracts.

• Track trial advancements at the national level.

• Manage communications with sites.

• Act as a liaison for in-house support services and vendors.

• Update internal project teams on study developments.

• Contribute to feasibility studies.

• Aid the regulatory team in compiling documents for study submissions.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clinical sites and investigators.

• Ensure adherence to timelines, objectives, and clinical research standards.

• Prioritize the rights, safety, well-being of subjects, and compliance with data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of independent on-site monitoring experience in Australia.

• Familiarity with various types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III.

• Experience in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Oncology, or Infectious Diseases is advantageous.

• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to plan, multitask, and thrive in a dynamic team environment.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Willingness to travel.
