Senior Clinical Research Associate – FSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as a dedicated Senior Clinical Research Associate for sponsors.

• Execute all site management and supervisory functions in designated oncology studies.

• Carry out independent site monitoring visits.

• Collaborate with industry leaders and subject matter experts.

• Guide and mentor junior Clinical Research Associates.

• Utilize state-of-the-art technology.

• Contribute to the drug development process.

• Operate from a home office while supporting studies across Poland or the designated region.

• Travel as necessary for clinical research activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in site management, along with a solid understanding of clinical trial methodology and terminology.

• At least 5 years of experience in independent site monitoring for various types of visits.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate in oncology.

• Strong time management, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Solid understanding and practical knowledge of clinical research.

• Familiarity with the different phases of clinical trials.

• Up-to-date knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.

• Awareness of local clinical research legislation and guidelines.
