Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the monitoring activities of clinical trials that demand technical expertise, prioritizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and aid in the successful execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

• Supervise and manage clinical trial activities in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or a healthcare-related discipline.

• Proficient in German and English.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in oncology is mandatory.

• Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple sites and projects concurrently, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, with expertise in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
