Senior Clinical Research Associate – CNS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee research operations at investigative sites involved in Worldwide’s clinical research initiatives.

• Provide assistance to sites throughout the entire study lifecycle, from site selection and initiation to ongoing study management and conclusion.

• Organize study initiation tasks, which include gathering necessary regulatory documents and facilitating contract and budget discussions.

• Conduct Study Initiation Visits (SIVs) and educate sites on precise data collection and safety-event reporting protocols.

• Handle ongoing site operations, primarily through remote communication, while ensuring effective oversight and engagement.

• Verify that sites adhere to informed consent standards, safety reporting obligations, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with site teams to promote high-quality study execution and successful delivery of clinical trials.

• Travel to investigative sites for approximately 8–10 days each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• A four-year university degree or a Nursing Degree.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Experience in Psychiatry is mandatory.

• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.

• Strong command of English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Candidates must be residents of the Mid-Atlantic region.

• Preference will be given to candidates located in the Southeast based on territorial requirements.
