Manager, Clinical Trial Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinical trial management operations, assisting the team in achieving high-quality outcomes.

• Manage all operational elements of clinical trial projects, spanning from study initiation to close-out.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate study plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring they align with project objectives.

• Supervise the performance of Clinical Trial Managers and study teams, providing necessary guidance and support.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and internal policies throughout the trial process.

• Recognize risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management, demonstrating a successful track record of leading trials.

• Strong comprehension of regulatory standards and GCP within clinical research.

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for motivating and managing cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at addressing complex project challenges.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
