📋 Description

• Oversee clinical research activities at investigative sites involved in Worldwide clinical studies.

• Identify and evaluate potential research sites.

• Coordinate the initiation of studies, including the preparation of regulatory documentation and the management of contracts and budgets.

• Perform Pre-Site Selection, Study Initiation, Interim Monitoring, and Closeout Visits.

• Educate site personnel on protocol obligations, data collection methods, and safety reporting procedures.

• Monitor site performance and provide continuous support.

• Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with sites and study teams to enhance data quality, participant safety, and overall study success.

• Assist with site closeout and the fulfillment of study obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be located within the West Coast region of the United States.

• A Bachelor's Degree or a Nursing Degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a regional, traveling Clinical Research Associate is essential.

• Experience in monitoring CNS clinical trials is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel within the designated region; approximately 8–10 days per month is expected.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in full-service monitoring.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, site management, and regulatory requirements is necessary.
