This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical research operations at investigative sites engaged in Worldwide clinical trials.

• Evaluate and identify potential research sites.

• Coordinate the initiation of studies, including regulatory paperwork and contract and budget management.

• Conduct Pre-Study Site Visits (PSSVs), Site Initiation Visits (SIVs), Interim Monitoring Visits (IMVs), and Close-Out Visits (COVs).

• Provide training to site staff on protocol standards, data acquisition, and safety reporting.

• Monitor site performance while delivering continuous study maintenance support.

• Ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with sites and study teams to enhance data integrity, ensure participant safety, and achieve study objectives.

• Assist in site closeout activities and fulfill study obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Nursing Degree.

• Over 5 years of experience as a regional, traveling Clinical Research Associate.

• Essential experience in monitoring CNS clinical trials.

• Must be located within the West Coast region of the United States.

• Willingness to travel within the designated area; 8–10 days each month.

• Experience in comprehensive monitoring is preferred.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial methodologies, site management, and regulatory guidelines.
