Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and take responsibility for the advancement of clinical studies at research sites.

• Ensure that clinical studies are carried out, documented, and reported in compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, relevant regulations, and standards.

• Organize the activities necessary for the setup and monitoring of studies.

• Identify potential investigators.

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions.

• Conduct pre-study and initiation visits.

• Manage clinical trials of appropriate scale.

• Support Project Managers on trials with a broader scope.

• Train and mentor junior team members.

• Engage directly with clients.

• Initiate payment processes.

• Take part in proposal activities, which include development and client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of independent monitoring experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical sector.

• Proven experience in managing oncology studies.

• Availability for domestic travel, including overnight stays, with an estimated 50–60% travel commitment.

• Some senior-level positions may require international travel.

• Proficient in both Polish and English.

• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring employer sponsorship.

• Preferred: graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or healthcare field.

• Preferred: experience in managing CAR-T/phase I studies.

• Preferred: experience in study start-up activities.

• Preferred: knowledge of financial management.
