Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and take ownership of the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.

• Ensure that clinical studies are conducted, documented, and reported in compliance with the protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, relevant regulations, and standards.

• Coordinate the necessary activities to establish and monitor studies.

• Identify potential investigators.

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions.

• Conduct pre-study and initiation visits.

• Manage clinical trials of appropriate size.

• Provide support to Project Managers for larger-scope trials.

• Train and mentor junior staff members.

• Engage directly with clients.

• Initiate payments.

• Take part in proposal activities, which include development and client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of independent monitoring experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical sector.

• Experience in managing oncology studies.

• Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight stays, with an estimated travel commitment of 50–60%.

• Some senior-level positions may require international travel.

• Proficiency in both Polish and English.

• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the employment country without sponsorship from the employer.

• Preferred qualifications include a graduate or postgraduate degree focused on a scientific or healthcare discipline.

• Preferred experience in managing CAR-T/Phase I studies.

• Preferred familiarity with study start-up activities.

• Preferred understanding of financial management.
