This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Take the lead on clinical trial monitoring activities that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and support effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site staff and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and sustain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Prior on-site monitoring experience in oncology trials is mandatory.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with familiarity with necessary clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for influencing and ensuring compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal eligibility to work in Romania.
