Senior Clinical Research Associate – CNS, Psychiatry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee research activities at investigative sites involved in Worldwide clinical research initiatives.

• Provide support to sites throughout the entire clinical study lifecycle, from identification and initiation to maintenance and conclusion.

• Coordinate the initiation of studies by gathering necessary regulatory documents and aiding in contract and budget negotiations.

• Conduct study initiation visits and train sites on precise data collection and safety event reporting.

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and relevant regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with sites and study teams to meet site management requirements and facilitate successful study execution.

• Travel to investigative sites for approximately 8–10 days each month.

• Work in partnership with sites, sponsors, and global study teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution or a Nursing Degree.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Background in Psychiatry.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including fluency in English.

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and a capacity to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.

• Must reside on the East Coast.

• Willingness to travel regionally.

• Experience in full-service monitoring is PREFERRED.
